Who We Are
Green Card Interview Prep (gcinterview.com) is an educational tool that helps couples prepare for marriage-based green card interviews. We are not affiliated with USCIS, the Department of Homeland Security, or any government agency.
What We Collect
When you create an account, we collect your email address and display name. When you use the app, we store your practice progress (answered questions, evidence checklist status, mock interview transcripts) to sync across devices. Payment processing is handled by Stripe - we do not store your credit card number.
How We Use Your Data
Your data is used only to provide the service - syncing progress across devices, processing payments, and improving the product. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
Data Storage
Your data is stored securely on Supabase (hosted on AWS). Authentication is handled through Supabase Auth with industry-standard encryption. All data is transmitted over HTTPS.
Cookies
We use essential cookies for authentication (keeping you logged in). We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or third-party analytics cookies.
AI Mock Interviews
When you use the AI mock interview feature, your conversation is processed through our server to generate responses. We do not use your interview conversations for AI training. Transcripts are stored only for your own review.
Your Rights
You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us. You can also export your data upon request.
